Building a successful community isn’t just about bringing people together—it’s about creating something that lasts and makes a real difference. After completing Tacit’s Thinkific Building Successful Communities of Practice course, I gained insights into what makes communities not just survive, but truly thrive. What Works A Community of Practice (CoP) thrives when it’s informal, voluntary, and fueled by shared passion . The magic happens when communities go beyond simply sharing information.
